This Delivery & Returns Policy explains how GasDank Delivery (“GasDank”, “we”, “us”, or “our”) handles shipping, delivery, order issues and returns for same-day GTA delivery and Canada-wide mail order.

By placing an order with us, you agree to this Policy, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. General Conditions

  • We serve adults 19+ only, and we ship to Canadian addresses only.
  • We do not operate a physical storefront; we are an online/mail-order service based in Toronto, Ontario.
  • All orders are processed after successful payment confirmation (typically Interac e-Transfer).

2. Same-Day GTA Delivery

We offer same-day weed delivery within parts of the Greater Toronto Area (GTA).

2.1 Delivery Areas

2.2 Delivery Times and Working Hours

  • Typical same-day delivery window: 1–2 hours from confirmation during operating hours.
  • Working Hours:
    • Sunday–Wednesday: 8:00am–2:00am (last call 1:45am)
    • Thursday–Saturday: 8:00am–3:00am (last call 2:45am)

Orders placed near closing-time cut-offs or during peak periods may experience additional delays.

2.3 Minimum Orders and Delivery Fees

Conditions may vary slightly by location, but generally:

  • Within GTA / Mississauga
    • Minimum order: $40 + $15 delivery fee, or
    • Free delivery for orders of $80+
  • Brampton / Oakville / Durham / Vaughan
    • Minimum order: $60 + $20 delivery fee, or
    • Free delivery for orders of $160+

3. Canada-Wide Mail Order

We ship cannabis products to eligible Canadian addresses via Canada Post Xpresspost and/or Purolator.

3.1 Shipping Methods

  • Carriers: Canada Post Xpresspost and/or Purolator
  • Packaging: Discreet, smell-proof, vacuum-sealed, with no cannabis-related labels on the outside.

3.2 Shipping Costs

Current standard structure:

  • $25 flat fee for orders under $150
  • Free shipping for orders $150+

We may adjust these thresholds and fees; the rates shown at checkout at the time of your order apply.

3.3 Processing and Delivery Times

  • Orders are typically shipped within 24 hours after payment is verified.
  • Typical transit times: 1–3 business days; remote/rural locations may take up to 5 business days.

You will receive tracking information once your package is shipped.

4. Shipping Insurance and High-Theft Areas

4.1 Shipping Insurance

We may provide optional shipping insurance at checkout:

  • If selected (or automatically applied for high-value orders), we guarantee delivery in cases of postal service failure.
  • If your package does not arrive within a reasonable time after the expected date, please contact us; we may initiate a trace with the carrier.
  • For insured orders, if the carrier confirms a lost package due to their error, we may issue a credit for the order value, subject to our investigation.

4.2 High-Theft Regions and Exclusions

Certain regions are considered high theft areas where delivery guarantees and shipping insurance may not apply (e.g., Nunavut, Northern Quebec, Northwest Territories).

  • Orders shipped to these regions are at the customer’s own risk.
  • If an order is lost or stolen in these areas, we may decline to replace it or issue a credit.

5. Risk of Loss and Carrier Status

We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen due to:

  • Mistakes made by the carrier or postal office;
  • Incorrect or incomplete address/unit number provided by the customer;
  • Packages stolen after delivery;
  • Packages seized or held at a postal facility.

If tracking shows “Successfully Delivered” but you have not received your package:

  1. Check with neighbors, household members and your community mailbox.
  2. Wait up to 48 hours, as some carriers mark items delivered before final drop-off.
  3. If still not received, contact us so we can file a trace with the carrier (which can take several business days).

6. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

6.1 General Policy

Due to the nature of our products and health/safety regulations:

  • All sales are final.
  • We do not accept returns and generally do not offer refunds or exchanges.

However, we want you to be satisfied with your experience and provide limited remedies in cases of defective, damaged or poor-quality products, as described below.

6.2 Defective or Damaged Products

If you receive a defective or damaged product, notify us within 24 hours of receiving your order.

Please provide:

  • Your order number
  • The name of the defective product
  • A description of the issue
  • Photos or videos clearly showing the problem
  • Where applicable, ensure the vacuum bag is still attached and visible

If we confirm the defect or damage and cannot resolve it, we may, at our discretion:

  • Offer a replacement product in a future order, or
  • Provide a credit to your account (e.g., loyalty points).

6.3 Product Quality Concerns

If you believe a product does not meet expected quality standards:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Share your order numberproduct name, issue details and supporting photos/videos.

Depending on the situation, we may offer:

  • discount on your next purchase, or
  • Account credit (points or similar).

We do not guarantee cash refunds for quality-related complaints.

6.4 Incorrect Order Items

If you receive the wrong product or your order is incorrect:

  • Contact us within 24 hours, providing:
  • Order number
  • Description of the incorrect items
  • Photos/videos of the package with vacuum bag still attached where applicable

We will investigate and, if we confirm the issue, we may provide a correction, replacement or credit.

7. Customer Responsibilities

To help ensure successful delivery and problem resolution, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete shipping information;
  • Be available to receive deliveries during the estimated delivery window;
  • Carefully inspect your order upon arrival;
  • Contact us within 24 hours if there are any issues with your order (defects, damage, incorrect items).

We may update this Delivery & Returns Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will show the most recent version. Changes become effective when posted on our Site.
