We want every order to arrive correct and in good condition. For health and safety reasons, and in line with how regulated cannabis products are handled, we generally cannot accept returns of products once they have been delivered. That said, if there is a genuine problem with your order, we will work with you to resolve it fairly.
If your order arrives incorrect, incomplete, or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible, ideally on the day of delivery, with your order details and a description of the issue. Where appropriate we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund. Reporting issues promptly helps us investigate and resolve them quickly.
Orders can usually be cancelled before they are dispatched. Once an order is out for delivery or has shipped via mail order, it may no longer be possible to cancel. Contact us right away if you need to change or cancel an order and we will do our best to help.
