Impaired driving
Driving with a blood THC level from 2 nanograms per millilitre up to just under 5 is a summary offence with a fine of up to $1,000. At 5 nanograms or more it becomes a hybrid offence with a maximum of 10 years in prison.[3]
Paying cash or by e-Transfer
