For customers in Toronto and the Greater Toronto Area, we offer same-day delivery, typically within one to two hours of your order being confirmed. Exact timing depends on your location, the time of day, and demand. Our delivery zone covers the city core and surrounding municipalities including Mississauga, Brampton, Vaughan, Markham, Scarborough, North York, Etobicoke, Richmond Hill, Oakville, and more.

You will receive updates as your order is prepared and dispatched, and an adult 19 or older must be available to receive it.

If you are outside our same-day delivery area, we ship discreetly across Canada with tracked delivery. Orders are packaged carefully and without external branding to protect your privacy, and you will receive tracking information once your order ships. Delivery timelines for mail order depend on your location and the carrier.

Any delivery fee, order minimum, and the threshold for free delivery are displayed in your cart at checkout before you confirm, so there are no surprises. Orders above the free-delivery threshold qualify for free delivery on eligible items.

Please provide an accurate address and be reachable by phone so the driver can reach you. Valid government-issued photo ID may be required to confirm you are 19 or older. If we cannot complete a delivery because no eligible adult is available, we will contact you to arrange a solution.
