Why edibles need patience
That quote explains most edible mishaps. Smoke or vapour works within seconds to minutes, while an edible has to be digested, so the effect can show up as late as 2 hours in and linger for up to 24 hours.

If you have also been drinking, the line drops to 2.5 nanograms of THC combined with 50 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood.

Cottages, lakes and boats outside Ottawa
