Addresses in older Niagara neighbourhoods
Downtown and the streets around it have plenty of older houses converted into flats, plus apartments above shops on St. Paul Street. Put the unit or the side entrance in the address lines.

Consuming cannabis in any form, edibles included, is not permitted in a vehicle or boat being driven or set to be driven.[1]
THC and driving limits
Blood THC from 2 to under 5 nanograms per millilitre can bring a fine of up to $1,000, while 5 nanograms or more can bring up to 10 years in prison.[3]
How edibles behave
Health Canada reports that effects from eaten or drunk cannabis can start 30 minutes to 2 hours after consuming it and last up to 24 hours.[2]

Edibles: slow to start, long to last
As the quote says, edibles can take up to 2 hours to kick in, because they pass through digestion before they reach your bloodstream. Smoking or vaping, by contrast, shows up within seconds to minutes.
A small first piece, a full 2-hour wait and no alcohol is the safest pattern. The effects can last up to 24 hours, so keep the following morning free of anything that needs a clear head, driving included.
Store edibles in their original packaging. To a child, a gummy is just candy.
Driving in Niagara after cannabis
On the QEW, Highway 406 or Glendale Avenue, the same federal THC limits apply here as anywhere in Canada.
A level of 2 nanograms of THC per millilitre of blood can lead to a summary charge and a fine of up to $1,000, and 5 nanograms or more can lead to a hybrid charge carrying up to 10 years in prison. Combining drinks with cannabis has its own threshold at 50 milligrams of alcohol per 100 millilitres of blood plus 2.5 nanograms of THC.
A cab, a sober friend or the bus is the plan. Edibles can keep working for hours, so leave the car parked after one.
Patio season downtown and the 9 metre rule
In summer, restaurants and bars along St. Paul Street and around the downtown core set out patios. Ontario bans smoking or vaping cannabis on a restaurant or bar patio and within 9 metres of one, and on a busy downtown sidewalk that buffer adds up quickly.
The same goes for the enclosed spaces you pass through: lobbies, workplaces and other enclosed public places are smoke-free. Bus shelters count as well, even though they are outdoors.
