After your order is placed and confirmed, we'll meticulously prepare it for shipment. Within 24 hours of receiving and verifying your payment, we'll send out your order. You'll receive tracking information within that same 24-hour period.

Refunds & Exchanges
We accept exchanges exclusively for defective weed products within 24 hours of purchase. Unfortunately, we cannot facilitate exchanges or returns for flowers. How to place an order

3. If Interac email transfer is selected, please follow instructions in email to make your payment.
4. Wait for the courier’s ETA and receive your product.
Cancellations
If your order is already out for delivery, we’re unable to honor any adjustments to the order. If you’d like to proceed with cancellation, please reach out as soon as possible. Please note that failing to receive the order upon the driver’s arrival will incur a $10 cancellation fee.How To Order
