Orange Kush is one of four flavours in Shatter Pop, the infused soda line from Euphoria Extractions. The brand pitches it as a juicy orange soda with a kick inspired by kush. Nano-THC and a lid that closes again

Euphoria’s Shatter Pop page says the sodas are made with what the brand calls fast-acting nano-THC. They come in resealable cans fitted with a child-safe lid, so a can does not have to be finished in one go.

Giving a THC soda time to work

Drunk rather than smoked, the THC in a soda is processed by the liver, so it takes longer to start and its effects run longer. Health Canada‘s lower-risk tip for edibles is to look for 2.5 mg of THC or less, and this can is labelled 50 mg, twenty times that amount. It adds that edibles can take 30 minutes to 2 hours before their effects begin, and up to 4 hours to build to full strength.
