200mg Shatter Pop

This is the large size of Shatter Pop, the THC soda line from Euphoria Extractions: Euphoria’s site gives 200 mg of THC for each 473 ml can. You can choose between two of the line’s four flavours, Mountain High and Dream Soda.

Mountain High or Dream Soda

Euphoria’s flavour descriptions make Mountain High a lime citrus cola, with lime citrus over a dark cola base, and Dream Soda a cream soda built on smooth vanilla bean. Orange Kush and Root Beer complete the line of four.

A soda, not a concentrate

Despite the name, Shatter Pop is a drink rather than shatter, the glassy extract that snaps when cold. Euphoria makes it with what it calls fast-acting nano-THC and caps each tallboy can with a lid that reseals and is child-safe.

Putting 200 mg in context

Health Canada uses 2.5 mg of THC or less as its lower-risk mark for edibles, so a 200 mg can holds eighty times that figure. An edible can take from 30 minutes to 2 hours to be felt, and its effects can keep climbing for up to 4 hours. Health Canada’s lower-risk guidelines add that driving should wait at least 6 hours after cannabis use.
