No smoking or vaping cannabis in enclosed public places or workplaces, on school grounds or playgrounds or within 20 metres of them, within 9 metres of a hospital entrance, or on restaurant and bar patios.[1]

Cannabis in any form is off limits in a car, truck or boat that someone is driving or is about to drive, whether that is on Highway 401 or out on Rondeau Bay.[1]
Drug-impaired driving
Driving with 2 to just under 5 nanograms of THC per millilitre of blood is punishable by a fine of up to $1,000. From 5 nanograms upward, the maximum becomes 10 years in prison.[3]

Health Canada puts the start of effects from an edible at 30 minutes to 2 hours, lasting as long as 24 hours.[2]

Weather and timing in southwestern Ontario
