Stellar Ruby Red Bar 2000mg

The Ruby Red is the pink bar in Stellar’s chocolate line, made with ruby cocoa and listed at 2,000 mg.

According to Stellar’s Ruby Red page, the bar is made with a ruby cocoa bean that the brand calls the Rocket Ruby Red bean. Stellar says the pink colour comes without any added colourants or artificial flavouring.

Berry tang and a chewy texture

Stellar describes the flavour as a fruit-berry tang. The brand calls the texture soft and chewy and finishes the bar with a sour sugar coating.

The fourth Stellar bar

Stellar‘s range is cannabis-infused chocolate bars and gummies, which the brand describes as high-dose. Its shop page shows three bars, Milk Chocolate, Salted Caramel and Dark Chocolate, each offered at 500, 1,000 or 2,000 mg, while the Ruby Red has a page of its own.

Edible timing and a 2,000 mg bar
