Blue God

Dark purple leaves and frosted, sticky nugs

AllBud describes the nugs as dark, purple and sticky. Leafly says that with age the strain develops deep purple leaves freckled with frosty resin and a sweet berry aroma, and its reviewers mention dense, sparkly buds with brown and orange pistils.

Leafly calls the plant stout and says cultivators suggest growing it in soil as a multi-branch plant that flowers in 55 to 60 days.

Blueberry, kush and a funky edge

Leafly’s flavour tags for Blue God are berry, blueberry and sweet. Its reviewers mention a sweet blueberry smell and a strong kushy scent, and one describes darker purple leaves with a blueberry, blackberry and skunk smell.

AllBud’s flavour tags are berry, blueberry, fruity and sweet, and it lists blueberry, earthy, fruity, herbal, pungent and sweet among the aromas. Its description says grape and kush notes dominate the taste and smell of this pungent strain. One AllBud reviewer compares the smell to sweet cheese and blueberry, while another calls the taste and smell funky and unique.

Body buzz and a 4.6 average on Leafly

Relaxed and tingly are the effects Leafly reviewers report, and 170 Leafly ratings average out at 4.6. On AllBud the effect tags are body high, euphoria and relaxing, and the description calls the high largely physical, a body buzz with some cerebral euphoria. Its 10 votes and 6 reviews give 4.3.

A THC figure above 20%

AllBud puts THC at 20% and cites at least one test above that. Health Canada‘s smoking and vaping advice starts at one or two puffs of something with 10% THC or less, and its page on lowering risks puts the first effects of an inhaled dose in the seconds-to-minutes range, with the latest peak around the 30-minute mark.
