Green Apple Gummies are part of Buudabomb’s White Label 100 mg line: 10 frosted apple gummy bears per bag, carrying 100 mg of THC between them, or 10 mg a piece.
What the Green Apple bears are made with
Buudabomb describes these gummies as infused with cannabis coconut oil. Buudabomb’s Green Apple page says they are made with real fruit juices, and the full ingredient list reads: cannabis-infused organic coconut oil, organic evaporated cane juice, organic juice concentrate, pectin sodium citrate, citric acid, ascorbic acid, natural flavours and gelatin. Our coconut oil vs cannabutter comparison covers how those two infused fats differ.
The lightest of Buudabomb’s three strengths
Per piece, Buudabomb’s White Label gummies carry 10 mg of THC, its Black Label gummies 25 mg and its Red Label gummies 50 mg, with 10 pieces in every pack. Green Apple is at the low end, at the 10 mg per piece that Buudabomb’s online shop lists for it, and the same White Label line also includes Strawberry, Mango, Peach, Grape and Blue Raspberry. Buudabomb Blue Raspberry is another White Label gummy at the same strength.
Starting with a 10 mg gummy
Buudabomb recommends one piece and a wait of 40 to 50 minutes before considering more. Health Canada’s lower-risk guidance puts the edible amount to look for at 2.5 mg of THC or under, and a single Green Apple gummy holds four times that amount. Its guidance adds that first effects tend to show up inside a span of half an hour to two hours, with the strongest point possibly 4 hours away. Swallowed THC is broken down by the liver before it acts, so the onset is slower and the effect outlasts a joint.
Who makes them
Buudabomb, a Toronto edibles brand, says its edibles are made in its own commercial kitchen, and its Green Apple page lists organic ingredients and says the gummies are sold only in Canada. The brand’s range also covers vegan chocolates and CBD products.
