Leafly says Apple Fritter is reportedly a cross of Sour Apple and Animal Cookies, and AllBud names the same two parents. Both also record the alternative name Apple Fritters. Leafly lists two strains bred from it, Apple Tartz and Grapple Pie, and shows the short code Apf beside its name.

On type, Leafly calls Apple Fritter a true hybrid, and AllBud describes it as a rare, evenly balanced one at 50% indica and 50% sativa. THC for the strain runs 24% on Leafly and 22 to 28% on average by AllBud’s figures, and the effects its Leafly reviewers name most are tingly, relaxed and giggly.
