The White

The White is a flower strain that Leafly calls a potent hybrid, known for a distinct lack of smell or flavour. Leafly also lists it under the short name White. What it has in place of scent is frost: Leafly describes buds so heavily coated in white trichomes that they look rolled in confectioner’s sugar.

Frost first, scent second

Leafly says the structure looks much like an OG, and it likens the potency to the best OG Kush cuts, but with little of their smell or flavour. Its flavour tags are pine, earthy and woody. Leafly says the strain started out under the name Triangle, reportedly somewhere in Florida. Our guide passes on a grower’s version: he calls The White his own strain and says Triangle meant a three-way cross, with Triangle Kush a separate local strain. Leafly lists Strawberry Shortcake and White Fire OG as descendants.

On Leafly the figures are 21% THC and 1% CBG, with potency read as higher than average. Leafly’s terpene breakdown puts caryophyllene first, then myrcene, then limonene. Leafly reviewers mostly report feeling relaxed and euphoric, and the high is usually described as an equal mix of body and head sensations. Leafly shows an average of 4.5 from 383 ratings.
