Its family tree traces the strain to Cherry Gar-See-Ya crossed with a MAC and Gelato hybrid; Cherry Gar-See-Ya comes from Ethos Genetics and descends from Black Cherry Soda and Mandarin Sunset, while MAC, short for Miracle Alien Cookies, comes from Capulator.
AllBud gives a simpler version, Cherry Gar-See-Ya crossed with MAC, and calls it an indica-dominant hybrid at 80% indica and 20% sativa. AllBud also lists the spellings Cherry MAC Muffin, Cherry MACMuffin and Cherry MacMuffin.
