Ewok

Listed as Ewok, this flower is named for a hybrid strain that Leafly and AllBud both credit to Alien Genetics. Leafly titles its own page for the strain Alien Walker.

Albert Walker, Tahoe Alien and a 2013 Cup prize

Both sources give the same cross: Albert Walker with Tahoe Alien. Our Alien Walker guide adds that the Albert Walker was the female parent and the Tahoe Alien the male.

Leafly says Alien Walker won the Hybrid category of the 2013 Seattle High Times Cannabis Cup. AllBud says it was named hybrid of the year at that event. Leafly’s grow notes and AllBud both describe a fast plant with a short vegetative phase and big yields of frosty buds.

Leafly lists a plain hybrid, while AllBud’s header gives the strain a 50% sativa, 50% indica balance.

Tangerine, lemon and wood on the nose

A pungent, fruity aroma of tangerine and lemon is what Leafly describes, with woody, nutty and citrus flavour tags. AllBud’s flavour tags are citrus, fruity, lemon and pine, and its aroma tags are earthy, fruity, lemon and pungent. The AllBud write-up lists a flavour mix of kush, citrus, nuts, hash and mint.

In the tip he wrote for our guide, Steven De Guzman describes tangerine and lemon over kush in a fresh jar and a woody, nutty smoke. He also passes on an AllBud reviewer’s report of cedar notes that showed up only at higher vaping temperatures.

Pine-green nugs with orange hairs

One Leafly reviewer describes pine-green nugs coated in kief with neon orange hairs. Another sees green-purple buds dusted with trichomes. The tip pictures short buds with orange-red hairs.

THC figures, terpenes and reported effects

Alien Walker reads about 19% THC and 0% CBD on Leafly, where the potency scale rates it above average. AllBud gives a range of 17% to 23%. Those are strain-wide numbers. On Leafly’s terpene list myrcene comes first, ahead of pinene and caryophyllene.

Relaxed, creative and happy are the effects Leafly reviewers report most for Alien Walker, and Leafly’s text adds strong, cerebral, focused effects. The AllBud tags run creative, euphoria, focus, happy, relaxing, and its write-up calls the high energetic and creative for many.
