Heisenberg Shatter Mango Haze

Glassy and translucent, Heisenberg’s Mango Haze shatter is an extract that snaps cleanly once it is cold.

Mango Haze’s parents and offspring

Leafly and AllBud name the same trio as Mango Haze’s parents: Haze, Northern Lights #5 and Skunk. AllBud describes the cross as an even split, 50% sativa and 50% indica, and Leafly’s label for it is sativa.

Mango Haze has gone on to parent other strains too: Leafly names Strawberry Mango Haze and Mango Mintality among them.

Head high, body feel and a mango aroma

In AllBud’s description, Mango Haze opens with an energetic, uplifting high in the head, and a relaxed feeling in the body builds slowly after it. Leafly mentions a cerebral mood along with happy, uplifting effects, and its effect scale leans mostly energizing. On THC, AllBud says the strain can reach 23%, and Leafly’s figure is about 20%.

Mango is the aroma both sources name, and AllBud adds a sweet tropical-fruit taste. Leafly ranks terpinolene as the leading terpene, ahead of myrcene and caryophyllene.

Shatter, THC and the 6-hour rule

Health Canada names shatter outright among high-THC extracts (wax, hash and kief are the others it lists), and its lower-risk advice would steer beginners and occasional users clear of Mango Haze shatter and every other extract. For smoking or vaping, Health Canada’s opener is 1 or 2 puffs, and only of products at 10% THC or under. Under its guidelines for lower-risk use, a dab of shatter, like any cannabis, means no driving for at least 6 hours.
