Pink Runtz

Pink Runtz comes as flower labelled indica. Leafly and AllBud both class the strain as a hybrid, and Leafly says growers single it out for an extremely dense bud structure in dark green to purple hues.

A phenotype of its namesake

Leafly describes it as a phenotype of the original strain it is named after, a line that goes back to Gelato on one side. AllBud repeats that origin and offers a second one, a cross of Rainbow Sherbet and Pink Panties, and calls the result a rare, evenly balanced hybrid at 50% indica and 50% sativa.

Compact, spade-shaped buds

AllBud describes compact, spade-shaped buds in minty green with purple leaves, slender orange hairs and a heavy frosting of tiny white crystals. One Leafly reviewer saw dark green buds flecked with purple and orange hairs under a light dusting of sugary trichomes.

Rose on Leafly, cherry and berry on AllBud

Leafly’s flavour tags are rose, flowery and sweet, and its description calls the aroma sweet and fruity. AllBud gives a sweet, fruity flavour with a cherry-berry character and a sour hint, and says the smell runs similar but sourer, growing stronger as the buds burn. One Leafly reviewer found it sweet with a light floral note on the exhale and liked it best vaporized; another calls the smell a lush green bouquet.

Limonene, linalool and a giggly reputation

Giggly, tingly and talkative are the effects Leafly reviewers report most, and Leafly describes the high as euphoric, uplifting, relaxing and long-lasting, with its meter at the energizing end. AllBud describes cerebral euphoria first, then a tingle that spreads through the body into relaxation, and says the giddy, unfocused effects can have people talking to their foreheads.
