AllBud warns that Rocket Fuel and the similarly named Russian Rocket Fuel are different strains. This flower carries the first of those names, a cross of Jet Fuel OG and Face Off OG BX1.

Jet Fuel OG meets Face Off OG

Leafly describes an indica-dominant hybrid of Jet Fuel OG and Face Off OG Bx1, and its genetics section shows the parents as Jet Fuel and Face Off OG. AllBud calls it a very rare strain, 70% indica and 30% sativa, with the classic Jet Fuel OG as one parent. Leafly also gives Rocket as another name.

Big buds, described two ways

AllBud describes big, sticky, popcorn-shaped buds in olive green, with dark amber hairs and a dusting of tiny, frosty white crystals. One Leafly reviewer found large, dense, light-green buds shaped like Christmas trees, with short rust-coloured hairs and a sweet, piney smell of wet grass.

Diesel up front, fruit as it burns

Leafly tags the flavour diesel, tobacco and pungent, and describes a fuel-heavy taste with diesel and spice notes. AllBud finds it spicy, fruity and candy-like with a lightly herbal exhale, over an earthy, pungent aroma with a spicy diesel overtone and sweet fruit coming through as it burns. Euphoric first, relaxed after

On Leafly, the most reported effects are relaxed, focused and uplifted, and its write-up pairs euphoric effects with a relaxed body feel; its effect scale points to mostly energizing. AllBud describes a lifted, euphoric rush followed by deep relaxation through the whole body. The strain holds 4.5 from 107 ratings on Leafly and 4.1 from 39 votes and 18 reviews on AllBud.

Over double the 10% starting point

Leafly’s figure for the strain is about 22% THC with roughly 1% CBG, and its potency label reads higher than average; AllBud’s range is 23% to 29%. For newcomers, Health Canada‘s guidance on lowering risk starts at 1 or 2 puffs of something at 10% THC or under, and it says the effects of smoking may not peak until 30 minutes in.
