Auto Haze is a name, not a single cut. SeedFinder lists 3 seed companies selling an Auto Haze (Female Seeds, Gea Seeds and Linda Seeds), plus similar autoflowers sold as Haze Auto, Haze Automatic or Autoflower Haze.
Autoflowering plants start flowering based on age rather than day length, a trait that comes from Cannabis ruderalis, according to Wikipedia. That matters with Haze: Leafly says the original Haze took root in Santa Cruz, California, in the 1960s and has a lengthy flowering cycle.
Parent lines differ. Gea Seeds crosses Haze with Lowryder, which Wikipedia calls the first autoflower marketed on a large scale, sold from 2003. Linda Seeds lists Pure Haze x Ruderalis indica, and SeedFinder records the Female Seeds version as probably Haze x an unknown ruderalis. Female Seeds describes the smell as sweet and intense. Gea Seeds points to the hints of incense typical of Haze varieties and dense buds packed with resin, though a SeedFinder grower review of the Female Seeds version found the dried buds rather fluffy.
There is no reviewer taste data for Auto Haze on Leafly or SeedFinder yet. For comparison, Leafly describes the parent Haze as spicy with hints of citrus and earthy sweetness.

Female Seeds calls the effect "an energetic, yet calm sativa-high". Gea Seeds describes a strong, mind-stimulating effect with a pleasant feeling that suits everyday tasks or social settings, and the SeedFinder grower rated the Female Seeds version middle-high to high in strength.
Leafly reviewers of the parent Haze most often report feeling energetic, creative and uplifted; the negatives they list most are paranoia, dizziness and feeling anxious.
