Cookies and Cream

The name Cookies and Cream goes back to a cross of Starfighter and an undisclosed Girl Scout Cookies phenotype, which Leafly credits to the breeder Exotic Genetix. This flower is named for that strain, and Leafly also writes it Cookies N Cream and Cookies & Cream.

Starfighter crossed with a GSC phenotype

Leafly’s genetics section lists GSC and Starfighter as the parents and O and Grease Monkey as child strains. AllBud gives the same cross, Starfighter with a Girl Scout Cookies phenotype.

Leafly says the strain took first place in the hybrid category at the 2014 Denver Cannabis Cup, and AllBud reports 1st place for Best Hybrid at the same event.

Leafly calls it a sweet-tasting variety and tags chestnut, nutty and vanilla flavours. Its reviewers describe a sweet vanilla and berry taste with woody aftertones, vanilla with earth and nuts, or vanilla-maple, along with dense buds and a sweet smell.

AllBud describes sweet vanilla and nutty earth topped with creamy butter, and an aroma of sweet nutty earth with a touch of vanilla as the nugs burn. Its reviewers mention buttery, nutty flavours with woody and spicy notes, and nutty, chocolate or vanilla aromas.

Popcorn-shaped nugs in dark green and purple

AllBud describes fluffy, popcorn-shaped nugs in dark green with dark purple undertones, fiery orange hairs and a frosty coating of clear crystal trichomes. One of its reviewers describes dark green buds rolled in kief-like trichomes.

Caryophyllene first, then limonene and myrcene

Two THC figures and the reported high

Leafly shows THC at about 20% with 1% CBG, and AllBud shows 26%. Leafly says the strain has hybrid effects that suit day or night use, and its reviewers most often tag giggly, happy and relaxed.
