Leafly lists Grapes and Cream, also known as Grapes 'N Cream, as a hybrid cross of Grape Pie and Cookies and Cream, and names Colorado's Cannarado Genetics as the original breeder. Weedmaps gives the same two parents.

Cannarado's own description, reproduced on SeedFinder, says it used its in-house Grape Pie, a Cherry Pie x Grape Stomper cross with grape, pepper and berry notes, and Exotic Genetix's Cookies and Cream, a Girl Scout Cookies x Starfighter cross that won first place among hybrids at the 2014 Denver Cannabis Cup. The breeder describes the result as indica in build, with a dense, bushy canopy and a large central cola. SeedFinder notes it has never been sold as feminized seeds.
