A Chemdog and Blackberry Widow cross from Bodhi Seeds

Leafly credits Bodhi Seeds and gives the parents as Chemdog and Blackberry Widow. AllBud, which writes the first parent as Chemdawg, describes a cross of the same two strains. Leafly shows the short form Pru beside the name, and its genetics section lists Unicorn Blood and Purple Wookie as strains descended from it.

Dark olive buds with purple undertones

AllBud describes dense, heavy, grape-shaped buds in dark olive green with purple undertones, leaves to match, deep amber hairs and a sparkly, sticky frosting of purple-tinted white trichomes. Leafly’s write-up presents it as a purple cultivar that should give stinky, sticky buds with a chem flavour, and one Leafly reviewer calls the buds fluffy and sparkly. One customer calls the buds “super frosty”.

Sharp herbs, spicy berries and a chemical overtone

Breaking the buds apart gives sharp herbal and spicy berry aromas with a heavy chemical overtone, according to AllBud. It calls the taste very sweet and spicy, with a deep berry note and sour herbs on the exhale. Its aroma tags are chemical, earthy, herbal, pungent and spicy, and on Leafly the flavour tags run chemical, berry and grape.

One Leafly reviewer describes sweet purple-berry flavour first, then a citrus, gassy kush note. Another tastes berries from the Blackberry Widow side up front. AllBud’s one written review calls it very sweet, with a chemical hint on the finish and a heavy high.
