Willo 1.1g THC Disp Pen-Kush Mintz

This is the Kush Mintz version of Willo’s one-piece THC disposable, rated at 1,100 mg, with packaging Willo describes as slim and discreet. On Willo’s product page, Kush Mintz carries a hybrid tag.

Kush Mintz on Willo’s flavour list

On Willo’s site, this pen has a single product page, with flavours picked from a type-sorted list and Kush Mintz in the hybrid group. Willo frames the flavours as favourite strains and says the distillate’s colour can differ between them. Toronto is Willo’s base, and the brand’s home page says Willo products are locally sourced and that production and packaging happen there too.

What Willo says is in the oil

Top purity is Willo’s phrase for the distillate, and it backs that with two figures: 100% solvent-free and 98% cannabinoids. It also says the oil goes without carrier oil, thickeners and additives. In general, distillate means refined cannabis oil, a frequent base for vape carts and edibles. Across its vaporizer range, Willo says its vapes give flavour rich in terpenes, minus a strong smoke-like smell.

One piece, charged by mini USB

Willo builds the pen as a single unit, oil and battery together, and says that if the charge runs low while oil is still left, the battery takes a top-up through mini USB. That is the difference from a threaded 510 cartridge, which needs a separate battery such as the Yocan UNI Pro. First-time vapers can start with our vape guide for beginners.

First puffs from a 98% oil

Health Canada’s advice for anyone vaping is a puff or two to start, from a product no stronger than 10% THC, while Willo’s figure for this distillate is 98% cannabinoids. Vaped cannabis can take effect in seconds or minutes, Health Canada says, and needs as much as half an hour to reach its peak. Before driving, its lower-risk guidelines ask for at least 6 hours to pass after using cannabis.
